This past week we had a zone meeting and it was a really spiritual meeting that was super powerful. The theme of the meeting was (Venid a mi y os hare descansar) or (come unto me and i i will give you rest!). This scriptures is found in Matthew 11 28-30. Its one of my favorites. I know i say that about to every scripure but its just because there are lots of good scriptures.

I love it! Its simple when we need help we turn to him and everything will be ok. He will help us along the way and he is willing to take upon him the other part of the yoke and support us. So cool! We are able to find rest through jesus chirst. He is always there for all of us!

Well this week was started off with another service project. The service project was one of the 2 hardest service projects that i have done so far. We carried about 300 bricks down steep stairs that were super uneven. Lets just say i used some muscles that i think i have yet to use in my life. I'm still feeling sore and its been like a week later. We also carried sand down the same stairs.

They were so grateful. I'm glad we were able to help them because they would have had to have done it by themselves and it would of just been miserable for them.

Yesterday we left with some members to visit some the people we are teaching. Brother Henry and his daughter Amanda. They helped us visit this one teenager that is getting to know the church. Her name is Andrea. She told us that people have been giving her a hard time about going to church and Henry's daughter Amanda just  shared her testimony and told her about how sometimes that has happened to her and how she dealt with that.

It really did help out a ton. Andrea is feeling a little better and she said she will be going with amanda to mutual this week. That's about it for this week.

Enjoy the pics.

Everyone! This week was another one for the books! Its been a very busy week for my companion and I. We had exchanges this past week and I'm staying together with my companion. I'm going to complete 6 months here in La Cañada. I'm super pumped! I love it here. Anyway, we received more missionaries in our zone and they didn't have a house. We have been searching for 2 different houses in 2 different areas. We have found one but have yet to find the other.

The missionaries were living with us for a while and it was hard. There just is not enough room in our house for everyone. hope you guys like the pictures!

This past week we did a service project. We basically did the same thing as we did like 3 weeks ago. We just had to carry dirt in 5 gallon buckets. I sure was sore after. I think that's why all the people here in Honduras are buff. Its a lot of work. It was great to help out though.

To finish the week off, Allison was able to get baptized. She Is part of the family we are teaching right now. We wanted them all to get baptized together but it looks like the family is going to take a little longer then we thought. Allison just couldn't wait any longer and wanted to do it before to put the example. The family is awesome though and loves hearing the gospel.

That's it for this week. In the next email I'll add pics from last week!

This past week the people here in Honduras celebrate a holiday that is called semana santa. It's one of the biggest holidays where everyone finally gets some time off from work to relax and go to the beach or a river to cool down.

We Went to the temple with one of our converts! Sister Melissa entered for her first time and did baptism for the dead. She even did her own family history work to be able to take her own family names. It was such a neat experience. It's been great to see her take of with the gospel! Her testimony is growing every day. I left my camera in the house so i will send you guys the pics next week. She took us to Denny's after the temple as well so that was great!

Hope you guys enjoyed conference! My companion and sure did. It was full of changes and we good really feel that God talks through his servants to help up us all know what to do moving forward. As we stood up and sustained the prophet the spirit was so strong.

That's it for this week!

This is the family we are teaching! We are pumped!
