Right now its the season of mango so we are going ham on eating mangos and mango juice. The fruit here is so good. But yeah not to much going on here just finding people to teach. Like I said we don't have a ton of very positive people here right now but this week we found 4 people that are super positive and  I think we are going to baptize at least 2 of them. One dude has been helping me out with Spanish and I have been helping him with the word of god. We took a sweet pic last night of us teaching him of the Book of Mormon and him teaching Spanish. I'm hoping good things for Jose he is pretty tight.

Well everyone this week has been an awesome week! We had an activity this past week about the tree of life. It was so awesome and honestly we found some great new investigators. We got this huge poster board made of the picture and its was so great to see our ward so willing to help us with this activity. Our ward here is helping us out so much and its been so great to have the support of them just because sometimes we don't have a ton of help. It was great we talked about the 4 different types of people that are talked about in the story. We focused on how we need to be the people always that are holding fast to the iron rod and pushing forward through trials, temptations and all the things that pass in this world to be able to stay strong and partake of the fruit which is eternal life. (1 Nephi 8:30) We, as people can be this type of person if we are continually surrounding ourselves in things that build our faith. And when we are tempted we will be able to recognize the temptation and throw it aside and keep moving forward holding steadfast to the rod.

Also this week i tried chicken feet for the first time. Honestly wasn't too bad . I promise you it tastes better then it looks!

I love my new área! yep I'm in the city and my área is huge. Every day we enter my area we have to take moto taxi so get to where we want to go just because its huge. I'm adjusting Little by Little but its been crazy because there is always something happening. We don't have a date to baptize anyone so we are searching super hard to find people and put a date. We found 2 people this past week that have potential and that came to church with us this past week so we will see what happens. This área has a ton of potential and I'm ready to work hard to baptize a lot. My companion is from Guatemala and the only way I can describe is just goofy. hahaha its not a bad goofy.  We get along super well.

Well We found out today I will be leaving Talanga! I have had 7 months now here in Talanga and I just love it here. The people are so great and it will be hard to say goodbye to all of them. Up to this point I have had served far from the city but tomorrow I will be heading to the city to serve with Elder Merida. I don't know to much about him but I have only heard good things. Super excited to see what my new area looks like and also meet my new companion.

This past week my companion was sick so he stayed with a member and I got to go with a future missionary to work for 2 day. It was so awesome to see how excited he was about spending the day with me and learning a little bit about the mission life. It was so cool to be able to here his testimony and he is going to be a great missionary. We had a baptism this past week and the kid that left with me ended up baptizing him. He was so excited and helped him feel that much more to leave for the mission.

This past week I gave a talk about Love in sacrament. When I found out I knew exactly what scripture I was going to share. The scripture is in Moroni 7:46-48. It talks about how the charity is the pure love of Christ. I just love the scripture. Charity is so important and is essential in showing our love for Christ. When we are serving others we are showing how much we love Christ. I would challenge all of you guys to have charity daily because it will be your only way to happiness. Without charity we are nothing but with it how blessed we will be as it says in the scripture. If we want to be happy in life we need to look for opportunities to have charity.

Love,
