Alright everyone this week has been a good one as usual. Had an amazing week and made it through my first semana santa. It actually wasn't as hot as everyone said it was going to be but everyone said it was a weird year. Here in Honduras they celebrate Easter for a whole week! They people here if they have a television are watching videos of Christ and it was very interesting just because it was super different than what I'm used too. Saturday and Sunday there was tones of people walking with candles in the street and then after they had a huge fire in the middle of the streets. They do this to remember the sacrifice that our savior did for all of us. I love my savior so much and I'm so grateful for his atoning sacrifice for the world. He did this because he loves us so much and wants us to be happy and have the opportunity to live with him after this life. It was nice to be able to see how the people here showed their love for our the savior this week. Hope your Easter was fantastic and just know i love you all!😀

Hey everyone hope all is well! Well a few weeks like i was talking about we had a activity in the church to see if we could find more people. Well It was funny because i remeber we where contacting and waiting for someone to open the door and then in the house next to us a kid was leaving his house and name is marlon. We had little cards we where giving out and i just had the feeling like i needed to give him a card. The people answered when i was talking with marlon and my companion was talking with them while i was talking with marlon. But anyways marlon is going to be baptised the 22 of april if all goes weel. He has 18 years old and has read all of the 1 nephi. He even told me he thinks he wants to go on a mission. Im so excited for being able to know him and honeslty am so greatful for this conference becasue he asisted all of conference and it helped him recieved his answer that what we are saying is true. Im super excited to see what the furture brings for marlon.

This week is going to be super hot! Here they call it semana santa! No one is working so im hoping we can find more familias in there houses this week. Wish me luck!

Thats all for this week

Wow everyone what a conference! I Learned so much! I truly love hearing the prophet and apostles talk. I have learned how i can be a better missionary and also a better man! I don't know what it is but i about cried about 3 times during the conference from things that the they said. Everyday i am learning how to recognize the spirit more and more each day. One of my favorite talk this pass week was the talk by Mark A  Bragg. He talked about that there is light in every situation even in dark situations there is light. I know we can feel light in dark situations if we are following the principals of the gospel. A scripture in Alma 27 9 talk about who is the light of the world. I love this scripture! Christ is our light! If we can follow his example and live the gospel we can always feel of his light even in dark situations. When these dark situations come if we are involving ourselves in activities that are growing our relationship with Christ we can always feel this light. When we pass through dark situation think of the light not the dark. The dark is going to pass i promise you that! The light will always be there may be difficult to see but its there. Think of all the light we have! Eternal familias, the atonement, and so much more. Think of these things and i promise you the days that are difficult will end up being a lot better. Love you all! Make it a great week!
